JAYSYNTH ORGOCHEM LIMITED, formerly JD Orgochem Limited, announced the appointment of M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 57th Annual General Meeting, subject to member approval. The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, and will replace M/s. A H J & Associates, whose term concludes at the 52nd Annual General Meeting.
